Questions
Is there a minimum guest number requirement?
No, we do not require a minimum number of guests to get booked in with us, no matter how big or how small your wedding is, we would love to be a part of your special day.

How much notice do you require to get booked in?
You can book in with us as far in advance as you would like. If you are thinking to book in last minute, as long as we have availability for your desired date and the right recourses to fulfill your ideas then we will of course try our best to to accommodate and get you booked in.

Do you offer any packages?
Yes, of course! We have a variety of packages to suit all budgets. Please email us or fill out our enquiry form requesting our brochure and we will get it sent over to you.

Do you require a booking in deposit?
Once you are ready to get a date booked in with us, we will require a non-refundable booking in deposit to secure your booking.​

What happens if there are damages to hire items?
​If you are renting our party pieces, they will be under your responsibility. Anything lost, missing or broken is to be charged for full replacement​ and you will be liable to make the payment of any invoices occurred. *Please check our Ts & Cs for more information*

Once our booking is confirmed, what if our guest number increases later on down the line?
We can of course accommodate for additional guests, we will send you an updated invoice if required.
